Important: Please read the risk assessment page carefully and sign the liability waiver form. Please bring the signed form to the excursion at the latest!

1. Don't forget your valid personal identification documents (passports, residence permits, IDs, student IDs, etc.).

2. Due to the large number of people (~50) on this excursion and the limited storage space on the bus, please try NOT to bring suitcases and use backpacks as much as possible.

3. Please bring your own hand towels and bath towels.

4. On Day 2, we will have the opportunity to enjor some water sports by the Danube, therefore appropriate clothings and equipments for water sports (e.g. bath towels, swimsuits, beach shorts, aqua shoes, etc.) are recommended.

5. On Day 3 and Day 4, we will go on a short hike in the Austrian Alps, therefore comfortable and stable sneakers (or even light hiking shoes) are recommended.

6. Some activities will take place outdoors, therefore sunscreen and sun protection gear are recommended.

7. In case of possible rainfall, umbrellas or waterproof jackets are recommended.

8. In case of cooling weather, appropriate warm clothings are recommended.

9. If applicable, please bring your valid ISIC Card.

10. Sheets and comforter cover are provided by the accommodation.
